Eunice Fernandez Moore is a first generation Mexican – American; the last of three children born to Mexican immigrants. Eunice is proud her parents achieved their dream of becoming American citizens. Through her parent’s brave sacrifices, Eunice was able to be the first in her immediate family and extended family to attend college and pursue a professional degree. Eunice graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in December 2013 and passed the Texas State Bar February 2014. Eunice has over 10+ years evaluating insurance claims and has worked with several insurance companies such as USAA, Fred Loya, and State Farm.
Mrs. Moore knew from a young age she wanted to become a personal injury attorney so that she could help those who could not help themselves. Sadly, a few months before taking the LSAT, her brother was killed while on the job. The loss cannot be explained. Eunice knew that her life would forever be changed and wanted to dedicate her life to help others who have also lost their loved ones because of the actions of their employers.
Eunice became a trial lawyer and has handled hundreds of cases dealing with personal injuries, insurance companies, and corporations throughout Texas in car accident cases, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall cases, wrongful death claims, and more.
Today, Eunice is proud to be an advocate and a voice for those who have been wronged and seek justice through our court system. Eunice enjoys being involved within her community and her church, Pearl Street Church near the Pearl Brewery. She also enjoys hiking, running, reading, and long walks with her husband, Austin Caleb Moore, her Golden Retriever, Bailey, and her Shih Tzu, Lincoln.
