San Antonio 2017 Legal Staff CLE Conference

Two weeks ago, George spoke at the 2017 Legal Staff CLE Conference held by the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association (SATLA). He spoke on investigating and litigating cases.

His discussion included the role of legal staff in the process of investigating cases and also general strategies involved in personal injury litigation, along with the role of legal staff in that strategy. He focused on strategies and tactics in written discovery, oral depositions, and trial.

A key takeaway from his speech, is the role of skilled paralegals and legal assistants in the process of personal injury cases.
