San Antonio Distracted Driving Law

The Texas Department of Public Safety is now requiring a one-hour course on the dangers of distracted driving before you can obtain your license.

Starting Sept. 1, all skills examinations applicants 18 and older must complete, and obtain proof of completion, of the free ITYD course.
